Anu is the Choir Director of The Reapers Choir. She writes, arranges and produces a number of their songs. However, her first love is to sing and she has been doing this for over two decades. She has sung with and for many different choirs, groups, solo artists including work with Lay Witnesses for Christ International, Pastor Jason Nelson (USA), Michael Bethany (USA), Carren Richards, Visual Ministries Choir, Re-Formed and The Sower Production Theatre Group. She has also ministered internationally including in the USA, Italy, Ghana, and Nigeria. She is trying to develop herself further by learning how to play the piano. She is a lawyer (barrister) by profession and engages in mentoring work in the community.

Deborah Anfo-Whyte

Deborah is a soprano in The Reapers Choir. She has been singing in The Reapers Choir for about 5 years and has been involved in the writing of some of their songs. Her passion for music developed from a young age with her involvement in school choirs and various youth orchestras. She is currently in her final year of sixth form and in her free time she works with an organisation called “Twist” which is a social enterprise helping young people better their communities.

Ada Anoje

Ada has always found joy in singing and finds it therapeutic. So having the opportunity to join The Reapers Choir was a blessing. She has found it a source of strength and has gained so much from it. She has learned much about the technical side of music but most importantly she has seen the power of God’s music and the profound impact it has on people. Anointed words in songs have lifted and encouraged her in times of difficulty. Her hope for the future is that God will touch others through The Reapers Choir.

Esther Odekunle

Esther sings soprano and tenor in The Reapers Choir. She loves to sing and share the greatness of God in every situation through songs. Recently, she has ventured into song writing as a way to develop herself musically. Apart from The Reapers Choir, Esther also sings with Re-Formed, a choir formed from the Lay Witnesses for Christ International Praise Team. Outside of singing, she works part time as a technician for the Apple Store, and studies biochemistry at university.

Mausi Wusu

As an alto part singer and member of The Reapers Choir, Mausi has enjoyed ministering in songs since she can remember right from her motherland, Nigeria. Music has always been a big part of her family life and since she has been part of The Reapers Choir she has gained experience developing an “africanised” tone to a well-polished Holy Spirit filled way of singing! Mausi is a nursery nurse by profession who enjoys working with children. Her pride and joy is the birth of her beautiful baby.

Oreofe Osundun

Oreofe sings alto and tenor in the choir although she naturally has a contralto range.

She has performed with the Lay Witnesses for Christ International Choir (LWFCI) as part of the Olympic 2012 evangelical outreach programme. Also, she has been involved in university choir projects such as UCL’s (University College London) VOCE society and has performed in theatre productions. Her music group has been linked with many charity events as she enjoys using her musical talents to glorify God and to help charitable causes.

Iyin Osundun

Iyin has been part of The Reapers Choir from the age of 14 and is a soprano. Her love for gospel music was a reason for joining, however, upon joining she gained an insight into what true ministration is. This led her to truly desire worship and helped her overcome fear of leading worship. In addition, being part of the choir enabled her to refine her voice and increase her vocal range. She seeks to be a genuine worshipper, not just through song, but in every aspect of her life. Her primary desire for the Reapers Choir is that they will be a light in this world of darkness.

Ebun Omideyi

Ebun joined The Reapers Choir when she was 19 years of age. Being part of the choir has helped her improve her singing and has boosted her confidence tremendously. She had a serious road traffic accident on May 28th 2004. Due to the impact of the accident she lost all of her memory, ability to walk, speak and write and all her body was floppy. But through the miraculous healing power of God and with the help of medical treatment and physiotherapy she has made a brilliant recovery. She currently is a Nursery Assistant.

Morayo Olasunkanmi

Morayo Olasunkanmi is an alto in The Reapers Choir. She grew up listening to the Reapers Choir as a young child. She has been a member for 5-6 years and loves singing with them. She helps co-ordinate the choir and, alongside others, deals with the publicity side of things. She has helped to write and compose songs and finds joy in everything she does in and for the choir. Morayo has a passion for singing and worshipping God in general. She has performed with the Lay Witnesses for Christ International Choir (LWFCI) as part of the Olympic 2012 evangelical outreach programme. Singing with other choirs and professionals helped broaden her vocal skills and musical knowledge. She is currently an undergraduate in Warwick University. She is also blessed with a daughter and a husband who always support her ministry in the choir.

Esther Folorunso

Esther is an alto singer in The Reapers Choir and joined at the age of 16. She is also part of a mass classical choir in which she has developed the ability to read notes and sight-read different types of music. She studies accounting and finance at Brunel University London, where she is also a student mentor and ambassador. She also works part time as a customer assistant.
